Tumour stage T4aN2cMx. Patient refuses to stop the gestation as well as any XRT during pregnancy. After six month postpartum (periond during which radio therapy was undertaken) the tumour is in a stage of complete remission according to PET/CT Scan Report ("No macroscopic enhancement indicating FDG-avid malignancy could be detected by the examination"). I would very much like to receive information from you regarding the tumour evolution during pregnancy in the case you mentioned to have had. P.S. - I have another case of ethmoid carcima associated with pregnancy with similar evolution which I presented at the ORL congress at Vienna, 2007 Looking forward to your reply Loredana Bucan Mitran
