Last cold knife I did for early invasive bleed like stink, so I Asked Gyn onc if large leep would have been just as good and he said sure, basically if its invasive Greater than 8mm or 3-5mm depth they need modified radical or radical tracheolet so it does not change much, as for the pathologists they will bitch and waffle no matter what you give them.
