Garry,

I would advise her that she should attempt off OCs and observe. If Sx of menopause, she can start w/lowest doses of HRT and work higher if need. It is likely the dose of HRT is significantly less potentially dangerous to her than continued OCs. Document the offer and her response in the chart.
