I love this combination of rights thing. Sort of like making nouns in German by combining a bunch of separate words -- that was always fun.

I wonder if there's a constitutionally protected "commercial gun right" or "gun speech right" or "commercial privacy right" or "privacy speech gun commerce right" or "separation of gun/commerce/speech/religion right"?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
