The fact here B.P. kept rising after Mgso4 and labetolol 200 oral did not drop it hour latter, and it took 20 of nefidipine to get it to to 130/80 tells me if I had done noting diastolic would have been over 110. An intracranial hemmoraghe would have been hard to defend in that backdrop with the history of new onset headaches.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
