Maybe because we don't wait or care if they have insurance or thier insurance number is any good. I don't get paid for at least 8% of the delieveries I do, what do I do about it, well I could send a bill to patient on second thought...

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
