I recently did an Appendicectomy at TAH for total situs inversus. Electively, so that in the future, communication or language issues don't muddle the water. I even posed this a puzzler to this list.

Of course she had had three Cesarean Sections and nobody had ever picked it up. So much for preoperative CVS checkup :-)-O

Histology turned out as eosinophilic appendicitis, by the way :-))-O

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
