I am looking at this from an outsiders point as I practise in Canada; seems to me your private health care is doing fine at 9.3/100000; black women are more likely to be under the public health plan so to me it looks like they are being short changed and its costing lives. Basically its a socioeconomic bias , surprise.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
