i figured there was a new article out i had not seen yet - as a trigger for the question - did not see it on pub med yet - and did not do medline this a.m. thanks for the tip. i agree - real world - wait and see - besides it won't be used as an isolated additional test so what's the diff in the big picture when used in toto with what is already out there - US - quad - combined - integrated - whatever we choose to use? i will have to see the article - thanks mdmd

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
