Re: sinks vs. sanitizersFrom: Richard Chudacoff (rchudacoff@mylinuxisp.com)Wed Jul 25 17:23:44 2007
I wasn't planning not to have a sink anywhere in the office, but not in the exam rooms. Hint: I put all my gloves and speculums in the basin that fits in the drawer that pulls out as a foot rest. My patients never see the speculums or gloves once I am through with them, and my MA then dumps or cleans what needs be once the patient leaves the room. I know what you are saying about "stuff" but I don't have that happen that much. I suppose a paper towel dispenser would work in those cases.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
