Look in your community's yellow pages and there will be some "billing services" listed (there certainly are here in little Keene - they do some of the dental practices) - you can ask what they charge for medical billing and ask if you can see a sample contract as you are looking into this option.

That doesn't mean you want to do YOUR bills that way - just that you are looking into the option (as you may do this for someone else).

If you don't want to do it - then your tenant can send it to a local biling service ...

Legal opinions are also not unreasonable as someone suggested.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
