This sounds like the spontaneous discharge of a haematoma that has finally liquefied. Within a few days it should stop spontaneously. I wouldn't be worrying about it.

Sorry does not make sense to me, peritonium closes in 48 hrs, one possibility would be fallopian tube stuck on cervical stump, trans vag U/S may help. Residual endometrium should give cyclic bleeding. How big was the stump small fibroid may still be in the cervix. Even if cervix was dilated stump will go back to normal in 3-6 months.
