The scenario is this: The guy is a plaintiff's attorney married to a law student. However, his father-in-law is a doc at CDC in the TB section. So I wonder where the TB might have come, don't you? And it might be a case of "I don't want this jerk-weed marrying/influencing my precious daughter."

So before all the EVIDENCE is in (don't you watch CSI???), don't pick the bad guy. EVERYONE is a suspect, don't ya know? The truth will set you free.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
