I have seen today, a 40 year old G3P3M0, all by Section, and Tubular Ligation at the last one, who when having an Ultrasound for what turned out to be a gastritis, but otherwise totally asymptomatic, with regular PAP smears, was found to have what looked like a dermoid cyst on one ovary and a fibroid uterus. Why am I contemplating to take out the Appendix as well? el

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
