Agree with el...also, re twin B vertex...always thought that immaterial as some will go ttansverse or breech in process of first vertex going vaginal delivery. Also, what's the patient's view and insight into the options. I bet this has been covered, but her partriciaption in risk/benefit delivery options merits consideration and documentation.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
