Well you had not told us about her underlying essential hypertension, it does not change the fact you are skating on thin ice in terms of risk/reward. I have treated PIH with B.P. of 170/110 with 1.2 grams of labetolol from 25 to 35 wks. Listen to Myer she can go sour in less than 4 hours, doing a c-section for a stillborn infant at 2:00 am in a mom with a platlet count of 18,000 is not a pleasant experience.
