Physical Exam: Gravid [uterus], positive bowel sounds, NonTender To Palpation, estimated fetal weight 6 pounds, vertex by Leopold's maneuvers.

That's my guess.

I would also have included "soft" or "non contracting" or both as a more complete description, if appropriate. That leaps out at me as info I'd REALLY want to know. Otherwise, I guess the positive bowel sounds and lack of tenderness are informative.
