It's such a small issue, given that costs are the same no matter in how many tubes you send, unless you are in the bible belt. However, I just like to know which side has been missed if it has :)-O. There might be adhesions or otherwise difficult anatomy and if you know which side you have to do it might just help, even if one can't really rely on documentation. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
