Does everyone take pictures after doing a Lap BTL when no specimens are obtained? What happens if the images were lost before the pictures were printed and the patient is closed? Would everyone order an HSG then? There is always a risk of getting pregnant after ANY tubal ligation procedures. I often feel we have gone over board with documentation. Do our op notes count anymore? Allan

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
