Also remember that this case is NOT a simple asymptomatic exam with incidental findings of free fluid. She actually had unilateral tenderness on bimanual. So it's not INCIDENTAL free fluid, it's ACCOMPANYING free fluid.

At least a lawyer might make that case. LOL
