Endometrail thickness of 10-15 mm with 3 intramural masses present ranging in size from 45mm to the largest being 72mm all consistennt with leimyomata. Remote chance of their being a dilated right fallopian tube giving a diagnosis of "hydro tubae profluens" (fallopian tube ca). More importantly what is the fianl outcome. TAH BSO.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
