Might be one of the reasons there continue to be so many immigrants to this nation, hehe...why, just in the medical field, one sees so many md's from UK, Canada, India, the Far East, and the list goes on. It has certainly benefited us, and presumably those numerous folk who made a permanent transition to here.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
