El: The political mantra may be deregulation but that doesn't translate into less law. Maybe even more . The tax structure of the countries is really the difference. What do the piglets want from the mother pig? I understand we are up to 51% piglets in USA now and rising. I am sure the Euro's are in the 70% bracket. Joe C

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
