pregnant african woman with rectovaginal fistula

I need Your opinion and experience about management of 9,5 weeks pregnant woman with rectovaginal fistula.Here her medical history:comes from Togo (Africa)-first seen in our Ob-Gyn Department for infertility,uterine fibromatosis and vaginal stenosis with rectovaginal fistula induced by introdiction in vagina of caustic herbs sugggested by a wizard in Togo to cure fibromatosis.First attempt of surgical repair of stenosis and fistula in french missionary surgical department in Togo. Now in Italy our surgical correction of vaginal stenosis and miomectomy.While waiting for surgical correction of rectovaginal stenosis she has become pregnant(first pregnancy). What is Your opininion about management of this pregnancy (first to avoid amniositis with consequent abortion or premature birth)? Thank You in advance Emilio Porro ObGyn M.D.
