[Ron] The association between use prior to first pregnancy probably relates to the fact that early child-bearing and breast feeding (20% reduction) both have been associated with decreased risk of breast cancer, especially premenopausal breast cancer. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
