In my 18 years in a developing country I have never done, seen or heard of a destructive procedure (having) been done, never mind on a live fetus (the fundamentalist South African law is still in place here, but scrapped in South Africa).

In other words, the "unsafe C/S" issue does not exist. In particular not in the "best country in the world".

The Supreme Court has an agenda as have politicians and activists. (I don't actually). Though I agree with he judgment in this particular instance, it may well be the first step in the wrong direction, which is what all this hoopla is all about.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
