what does something that happened 100 years ago, or 50 (however abominal) have to do with the current issue? The Nuremberg trial, quite rightly in my opinion, refused to allow, as defence, any allegations of "the Allies commited war crimes too". Can we now delve into history and look at the treatment of American Indians, Blacks and Minorities in general?

That is quite correct, and highly admirable.
