The Supreme Court often does seem to see things different than Joe P., which is unfortunate b/c his interpretation is correct. In the past they have ruled unconstitutionally.... to the detriment of the entire nation.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

We see that in every nation and civilization throughout history. The US is not an acception, however.... it is, in my opinion.... the best place on earth to live.:)

I did not write that something like this is written into the Constitution, however, the Supreme Court seems to see it different from you.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
