So why do the double set up ? You weren't going to find anything that would allow you to let her labor in your center. all the other people were still going to have all those other conflicts anyway, no matter what you found. In these times of doing elective C/S on demand, why delay things by doing a double set up when you are going to deliver abdominally anyway???? Dan

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
