A recent case started with a pap demonstrating atypical glandular cells, followed by colposcopy demonstrating atypical glandular cells on ECC, followed by D&C confirming atypical glandular cells (ECC only), with normal endometrium. Conization yielded microinvasive SCCA in a 45yo w/ previous normal paps.
