I'm with you, Joe. Unless an adult is going back to school or has a heck of a time holding a job, I have difficulty seeing the benefit of stimulants. Most of the "ADD' folks that I know have drifted into jobs where their tangential thinking is a plus and they have no use for stimulants. (Thomas Armstrong lists Familly Physician among the top jobs for folks with ADD in his book The Myth of the ADD Child--LOL).
