7 lb 1 oz Baby had actually rotated to ROA before we put the Kiwi on, and ordinarily I would have continued to watch and wait, but I think the rotation must have tightened up the nuchal cord, because the heart tones didn't get scary until after the rotation and only when she pushed. Midline epis because there wasn't time to let her stretch either. Haven't done one of those in quite awhile. Anna Meenan, MD

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
