gtt scenario is changing.. nowadays WHO is recommending..75 gm glc only fasting and 2 hr glucose assesment single abnormal value is diagnostic.. most hospitals r using this..other than conventional 4 value GTT which is only being used in a few hospitals in USA.. does 4 value OGTT have any special therapeutic or diagnostic advantage? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
