gtt scenario is changing.. nowadays WHO is recommending..75 gm glc only fasting and 2 hr glucose assesment single abnormal value is diagnostic.. most hospitals r using this..other than conventional 4 value GTT which is only being used in a few hospitals in USA.. does 4 value OGTT have any special therapeutic or diagnostic advantage?
