Allen- Masters syndrome is a variation of endometriosis. Diagnosis made by laparoscopic exam where the "swiss cheese" like holes are seen in the peritoneum of the borad ligament and cardinal ligaments. Eventually it was determined that the defects were related to deep seated endometriosis. andy
