Re: Wrongful BirthFrom: acmidwife@netscape.netSun Mar 18 13:37:23 2007
John.... Exactly. There is not doubt, as EL pointed out, things were 'botched' to begin with. However, once the baby was born.... adoption would have been the best option. Problem is, IF she had chosen to do that..... she would not have a really 'good' reason to engage the legal system and go after money to 'raise' her child. You take care too. ac mase cnm -----Original Message----- From: johnprov@sympatico.ca To: ob-gyn-l@dns.obgyn.net Sent: Sun, 18 Mar 2007 5:50 AM Subject: Re: Wrongful Birth If the judge had gonads , the first word out of the judges mouth should be adoption, the second sentence would be here's 100,000 for mental and physical pain and suffering , please stoping wasting our time. Fifteen years latter pissed off teenager to mom, you didn't want me so you sue'd the doctor for how many millions because your abortion failed. F you I am leaving you, my lawyer will get in touch with you for the money you stole from me.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
