seriously thinking about setting up private practice - but have no idea as to best way to go - how do you determine feasibility? who has that info? how to finance? rental of equipment? i am not a experienced at business end as to finer details of billing - insurance - would need to hire a knowledgeable individual for billing - I know how to code accurately and how to document to protect myself from the federal budget goals but to negotiate with insurers and the like no insurance for me - benefits and insurance for staff? how do i go about finding someone to help evaluate these issues other options is to find a private small ssg and join them and learn from them - read the contract and be careful on partnership issues i suppose feedback from those of you that are successful at it appreciated i an 53 - very experienced including in high risk obgyn - and i lovee gyn prolapse - incontinece repairs advice please

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
