Hey - I like that one. Tax the plastic and the esthetic / cosmetic / laser stuff that folks will shell out fresh hard cash for.

But they balk at paying their $15 co-pay at time of visit to us!

Tax the luxury vanity items so that there is a basic level of care available to all.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
