I am not a lawyer but have been reviewing contracts for my residents for 20 years. Sometimes they actually take my advice! Many times they don't but FWIW I will be happy to look at it.

Offline at atkinsons@ecu.edu or satkinsonhsd@eartrhlink.net

Subject: Contract review

I know there are some legal types on this list. Is there anyone who would be willing to review a contract (offline of course) or recommend someone to review a contract?

I am separating from the service this fall and will be moving back to Alaska to start a practice.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Glen

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
