Unremarkable Hx, never out of USA, Caucasian female, married and monogamous, previous DVT with pos thrombophilia workup (can't remember which), 3 teenage daughters (all were sectioned TL at last one ) does not smoke drink or drug. Again, was asymptomatic with exception of menorrhagia!

Will be speaking to Pulm and ID tomorrow....so.....where did it come from?

never seen a case in 20 years of practice nor during residency.....
