You know you have done enough... When tha anesthesiologist asks "why is the foley bag filling up with air?' (cystotomy on lavh When you pull out the varies needle and there is stool on its tip. When When the path report comes back on a D&C showing ureter (my 65 year old partner) If you have been out long enough you have been there "The best doctors have the best judgement, the best judgement comes from the worst experiences" or something like that..." agf
