Hi everybody, A query regarding a patient of mine .She has poly menorrhagia .she bleeds profusely for 20 days and then starts bleeding again after a week or so . She is 33 yrs old . all investigations are normal . Endometrial biopsy was Ok too. She is obese and when started on hormones (she was started on Regestrone )she starts bleeding once the dose is tapered . Kindly advice. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
