Siegel, M.D. Sent: Tuesday, February 13, 2007 9:34 AM To: Multiple recipients of list OB-GYN-L Subject: Gyn: ACS-US, HR HPV positive pap 37 YO P3003 at her 6 week PP visit from a vaginal delivery. She had a LEEP done years ago--no records, and she doesn't know the degree of dysplasia, and her paps have been normal since. At the initial Ob visit, she had an ASC-US, HPV high-risk positive pap, and no further evaluation occurred. Would you colpo now? Would you wait for the pap and then decide? Other? Garry

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
