Up To Date is good, our hospital is trial subscribing for doctor use in house and I've been looking up information while sitting around waiting for deliveries. It is well organized and concise. Speroff is always one of my "have to have" books.

This listserv of course.

I really like Up to Date. I'm not sure how one goes about subscribing to it as it is readily available on our desktops, but it is worth whatever subscription to have it.

Clinical Gynecologic Endocrinology and Infertility by Speroff is another book title.

..

Recently there was a post about recommendations for residency.

I would like to seed recommendations for books, computer sources, etc., that one should have in an OB/GYN practice. Does anybody out there have suggestions for

- Journals to subscribe to

- Texts that should be in the office

- Other sources of infurmation to which an OB/GYN office should have access, such as computer resources, internet resources, etc.

--

I will start off with just a few suggestions to which you can add or detract.

- Williams textbook on OB/GYN - Creasey's textbook on MFM - Drugs in Pregnancy and Lactation - Nyberg's text on ultrasound - ACOG's web site

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
