Re: A vaccine to save livesFrom: GIN11153@aol.comTue Feb 6 11:54:53 2007
Jamie and others, As we all know , we cannot control our daughters' behavior choices. Something like 75% of graduating high school students have had sex. Not to mention that an 18-55+ year old woman can have sex and be infected from an infected husband, boyfriend, etc. Just like with measles, mumps, tetanus, polio, etc., every child should have this new vaccine at age 11 as is recommended, to protect them for life. Just read a few days ago that it's recommended boys have the vaccination also, to prevent to women. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
