How many pregnancies have you had so far? Steve -----Original Message----- From: ob-gyn-l@obgyn.net [mailto:ob-gyn-l@obgyn.net] On Behalf Of Glazerman, Larry MD Sent: Thursday, 1 February 2007 6:57 AM To: Multiple recipients of list OB-GYN-L Subject: Re: hysteroscopic sterilization I've done about 100 cases of ESSURE. The advantages to the patient are no general anesthesia, and no incisions. More than 90% of my sterilization patients have accepted ESSURE. I think that most sterilization procedures SHOULD be done hysteroscopically. I do the procedures in the office with a Storz Bettocchi scope.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
