ASC-US Pap and negative HPV

This patient seems to fall off the ASCCP charts: how would you manage?

39 year old para 5005, monogomous w/ one lifetime sexual partner for her, Paragard IUD in place. Pt had ASC-US Pap 2/05, wnl 09/05, now ASC-US again but (-) high-risk HPV.
