To date, I have not been sucked into the knee jerk response to adopt 17P. The Meis article I have difficulty digesting given the substantial incidences of PTL with a not so fully described control group. Certainly patients I see have no where near that occurrence rate.

Further studies are needed before I plan on joining the band in the parade.
