Dear All, I would appreciate your opinion on this one 62 year old lady had lower abdo pain was being investigated by surgeons. no bleeding or vaginal discharge. Pelvic ultrasound done showed an echogenic area 50mmx 30mm protruding into uterine cavity. referred to gynaecologists what should we do: hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy/ repeat ultrasound in 3 months for change in size /any other options Dr.Aditi Desai MRCOG UK
