I think the biltaral uterine notching should disappear by 20-21 weeks. Its persistence suggests concern I believe for high placental resistance which may result in hypoperfusion of fetus and IUGR and renal hypoperfusion resulitng in ologhydramnios. Bad prognosis I believe.
