Agree it does matter towomen and it does effect quality of medical care.
Fro instance heart tones bottom out to 60's and primip complete and +3/5.
You tell her to push like she has never pushed before. 5 minutes go by.
Nurse tells you every 30 seconds heart tones still down. Some will race her
down the hall and do a stressful "crash" c-section those trained in the
lost arts will ask for the "forbidden forceps" and deliver the baby 2
minutes later. Not as simple as you make it el and Richard. agf
